22.6.2018 Workshop Path to Organizational Health & Balance

During this workshop, held by Anna Caroline Türk and Doris Gottlieb on 22th June 2018 in the Facilitation Academy, participants learn a path for re-discovering the blueprint of and restoring a healthy and balanced climate in an organization.

In the workshop, we explore the state of health in organizations from a holistic growth perspective. Over the course of the workshop participants develop and build upon their own perception of what is needed to achieve and maintain health and balance in their organizations.

This workshop is co-organized by me.

During this workshop we will:

  • Address key questions for looking at your own organization from a practical holistic framework
  • Explore how your worldview can impact the climate and performance of an organization
  • Share knowledge of how to increase the capacity of your organization through attending to its health and balance
  • Learn a few simple tools to help you to restore the inner terrain in your organization
  • Upgrade your perspective on organizational well-being

The workshop is useful for:

Anyone who has the interest and passion to improve the culture, health and balance organizations in which or with whom they work. Anyone who is interested in having an experience of the Genuine Contact™ approach

It can be especially useful if you work in organization development or are leading a team or organization that is challenged to deliver high performance and sees the need for strong human connection. It is valuable should you want to find simple ways to assist your organization in putting organizational health on the agenda

For more than 25 years I have worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Mentor guiding people as they unearth and learn to use their inherent potential as individuals and collectively.  I provide people with opportunities to come together and use this collective wisdom and power in the service of their common goals so that their organizations can operate in harmony with their environments. I call it developing the necessary conduct to thrive in constant change.

My approach is grounded in the methods, tools, and insights that have come to be known as the Genuine Contact™ approach.  As an active member of the Genuine Contact organization, I have access to a worldwide network of professional colleagues with whom I work and share knowledge.  I am a certified Genuine Contact™ program trainer and Co-Owner.  In this capacity I am certified to provide training in all aspects of the Genuine Contact approach.
